Getting the necessary permits filed and checked for a new construction project—residential or commercial—can be a complicated process. Let Chetaud Pro Builders guide you every step of the way to make sure no mistakes are made nor anything overlooked.

Once you have the right property and have established a budget for lot and construction, the next step is to consult with our team of architects and engineers to make sure everything is ready for submission to your local planning department.

Any major changes or corrects are made during this stage, and once the plans have been finalized, CPB will work with you to finalize your contract with us stating job scope, requirements, and any necessary provisions that must be made in order to expedite the construction process.
